HEELLLPPP with breakage and dry brittle hair! herbal essence was horrible and no help?

OK i already asked about the color thing so now i just nead further help on my hair being ddryy and brittlee...

i was in the ocean and the sun for 3 weeekks and i live in a very sunny place so my hair turned sooo brittle and dry and its breaking ALLOOTT my hair is becoming a mess and its frizzing up which it nver use to do!

i use to have really healthy dark nice smootth not-dry hair!!

(i put sun-in in it so now its an ugllyyy brass color and now i have realllyyy bad roots which i want to get rid of by turning my brass hair brown without dyeing it )
