IYO, what role did The Rock and Stone Cold play whilst in the WWF?
Im not asking who is better, strictly what role did they play such as selling merchandise etc...

Stone Cold was the main draw during the Attitude Era and if it was not for him than neither the Rock or HHH would be main eventers. It was Austin who drew in the PPVs numbers it was Austin who was selling out arenas it was Austin who was crossing over to be a mainstream supperstar on programs like Nash Bridges or Mad TV. Now if he wasn't successful would the Rock get a guest spot on SNL......I don't think so......and HHH would of never get that cameo on Blade 3.
