Stamping and Embossing

Why do I see this small circle back dot in the center of my vision it only happens when i blink after i have been sleeping and it goes away in less than a second.
ex. Ill wake up then ill close my eye for a couple seconds and open them and I see a black spot in the from of my vision that gets smaller then disappears this all happens in less than a second

But whenever I close my eyes(after sleeping) then open really fast I see a small circle black(about the size of a hole punch) dot that quickly gets smaller and disappears. Then if i blick really fast i can see it do the same thing. Sometimes after sleeping when i wake up I can see an outline of my eye veins for a second
