How could I improve this art piece?
The background is a light wash of pinkish ink with slight brown hues on good quality paper. The spider's web and the body of the dragonfly is done in pencil and the wings are pencil with gold pen traced over the lines.

I have no idea what I can do to get more marks for this picture. It's my final art piece in my Natural Forms project so it's worth quite a lot of my grade. If you know anything about marking GCSE art, I would find it incredibly helpful if somebody could try and grade it for me. My teacher's already marked it but I would appreciate another opinion.

High B maybe, (im an art student not some random kid who knows nothing about art) the detail on the wings and the drops on the web are awesome 
all the colours are soft so it gives a really calm, pretty natural atmosphere so you acheived that well concerning the project theme. You definatley captured the beauty of nature, which i personally find fascinating as im sure you do too. i'm sure its because of the photo as it obvioulsy wont be as good as the real thing but the background seems a little too pale and looks like it may need something else, maybe some more soft colour in the background, like the pink wash, merge it into a pale mauve or blue maybe x
