How do you deal with friends flaky?

I had a friend text me the other night at midnight asking me to call them. I do not have it until 3 hours later and called the think it could be an emergency and requested / Texted them everyday for the last 4 days to see what happens and that person takes up or never returned my calls. I'm really hurt. If you have any idea of what could happen or any advice or encouragement, I would be grateful. Thank you.

Well, if the friend never responded any of your calls, then it is likely not an emergency. To go even further, this same friend has probably also do not respond because they are angry that you can not take the hint and stop calling them. I know you are concerned, but the best thing to do is to ignore this friend. When you do that, most likely the friend you call after some time. Go on with your life and keep busy. Do not let this friend think you have not a life and you have nothing better to do than to call them all the time.
