Whats is a lost dream? what makes it different from a dream found?

"A lost dream" is one you do not remember anything specific about. You know you were dreaming, and I remember one feeling when you wake up (wake up scared, but no idea what the dream was about). A "found a dream" is When this happens, but you are able to remember later, pieces of him, or maybe even the whole dream. One way to get a dream lost, is to lie perfectly still upon waking. Relax and enter the feeling that you left. Try to remember anything, then begin to fill the gaps. This way, you create a "dream found". The problem is that this is not entirely reliable. Some people just create an imaginary dream once awakened, when it was not what their mind really experienced before during sleep. Another way is just to tell you that you will make the "lost dreams" continue, and will remember. Then, immediately go back to sleep and let the dream again. Sometimes, it rewinds back to the lost part, or at least look at a place where you can fill in what has been lost.
