The Band Fifth Angel....?
I have their two albums, and I wanted to know if they were worth anything....
Because, on the back it says in a weird gold stamp : "For Promotional Purposes Only Ownership Reserved By CBS.... SALE IS UNLAWFUL"
Surely that is like a joke stamp or something....
I mean, come on....
How did they into circulation if they are illegal to sale?
I bought them from the Thrift Store in a town near where I live earlier today.

I don't know the value of your albums... you might search eBay and see if you can find any finished auctions and refer to that price as a ballpark figure.
Those albums were probably given away by CBS to radio stations for distribution to the public as part of a promotion for the group Fifth Angel. These copies are sometimes given as a prize for online contests ("Free album/CD to the fifth caller"), or given as tokens at concerts or other events at which the radio station has a booth, etc. They're marked as promos so they can't be sold to retailers as new merchandise.
