w / all due respect to Mr.. Daniel Craig, which I will try very hard to see objectively this fall, what about the top five for consideration to play Agent 007: # 1 - Adrian Paul, Highlander TV. he could manage the operation (such bullshit), it is a sturdy good looking guy (like crap) and it looks pretty menacing when he wants. # 2 - Christian Bale - for the same reasons as above. between the two films bat, think it would be interesting to put a verrrry stamp on the character. # 3 - Colin Farrell - For the same reasons. but he expressed no interest and is entirely too small, I would like to see in the character and take a blow w / a movie, at least. # 4 - Clive Owen - at least my fave on the list, but after seeing him in The Bourne Identity, I had second thoughts that perhaps he could withdraw. # 5 - Sean Connery ... yet! the only link! Maybe he could withdraw the ultimate movie and ..... the death of James Bond and to all speculaton future to rest, what you say?

I always thought that Farrell would make an interesting link. Maybe with a pair of shoes elevator. I would love to see Connery back in the series, but Mr. He would be a former field agent who knows better Bond than anyone can, because he was just like Bond when he was young. It would also be the only one who could intimidate Bond for the same reason. Bond knows his BS and bravado will not work on Mr.
