Please settle a bet. My wife is contending that the tone of large (ie, adhesive) that resembles the cover when you buy a book of stamps is a stamp itself functional. No, it is not. The best way to prove it is to count the number of stamps in the book and compare it to how many stamps are supposed to be in the book (usually 8 plus the label on one side and 12 on the other). If you count the "big one", you will find with a supplement.
