I have about 40 of them and I'm just interested in what conditions will they be useful. Eric

You can use all 40 of them and others to mail a letter if you can find space on the letter for them. More concretely, you can use to add postage stamps to more that do not correct postage, as an old buffer 42 percent and you need 44 cents. Currently 1 ounce is 44 cents and 2 costs 61 cents if you need less than 17 cents a first class stamp to normal mail a letter with more than 6 sheets of paper in it. Thus, you can add 17 pence stamps or you might have some 5 or 10 on hand and do it this way, as I do.
