Hello there. For assinment I write a formal letter business to Egypt, explaining that the product we provide them is overdue. I need to write so I understand their culture and ways of the letter written to mind as I am sincere and polite. What are the different ways that I could do this? There greeting people, etc. that people use in Egypt?

There is nothing special with business letters in Egypt not like Asia, where the letters are full of "I thank you in advance" and things like that. You write to the point. Something like: Dear Sir, This is to introduce the company XYZ. We are manufacturers of JKL and so on.
